The 7th Langport Ladies Novice Triathlon will be taking place on Saturday 14th September 2019. 

This event is suitable for beginners with little or no experience. 

This is a non-competitive event.  

200m Swim

8 lengths of the 25m pool

15km Bike

A great novice bike course. A few challenging climbs to complete for novice riders with some technical sections for all. 

3km Run

The run includes road running as well as cross country. Unfortunately the run course is over private land so competitors wont be able to do the full route before the event.
